What does “Asset Issues Resolution” mean?
When assets are not performing or not appreciating, they are often referred to as a liability. Asset Issues Resolution is the process of identifying those problem assets, determining what options are available to relieve the liability, and executing on a strategic plan to ensure that those assets are working for you. This is usually achieved when assets are liquidated, to free up the opportunity for a different investment. However, there are many other strategies that don’t involve sales that we also help our clients explore, depending on their situation. When a resolution path is successfully established then confusion and monetary waste are eliminated.
What is Business Consulting?
Business consulting improves organizational performance through strategic planning and tactical implementation to improve financial or operational health of the client’s business. CMG’s Business Consulting and Project Management goal is to free up the Owner’s or Manager’s time so they can focus on her or his “core” revenue generating business.
